Shipping and Delivery

Our normal delivery time from order to delivery is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse.

Partial delivery: In order for you to receive your goods as quickly as possible, your order may be divided into several shipments. In that case, you will receive a separate email with a link to a tracking number for each package. Our system determines from order to order whether it is possible to make part delivery. We offer this delivery method to provide you with an even better service that is both faster and more flexible.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of ordering. From shipment, it takes 1-2 business days, as the package must be from our warehouse in Denmark. For very large orders, the delivery time may be longer.

Hilstor offers express delivery to virtually all of Denmark. Some postcodes are not included. Express delivers your package the same day or next working day.

  • You know if you have the option of using express delivery if the delivery method is visible in the last ordering step.
  • Express delivery is not possible for items from a Hilstor Partner.
  • Delivery must be made to a work or home address in Denmark
  • You can see the delivery date before you ship your order, in the last step of the ordering process. Here you can also deselect Express if you no longer want it.
  • Delivery takes place on Monday-Friday, but not public holidays.
  • Remember to be at home so you can receive and sign for your package.
  • You can always get the latest shipping status under
  • If you choose to return an item, you will not be refunded the fee from the express delivery.

At Hilstor, delivery is free with purchases of at least DKK 500 and with standard delivery. If the order is below the minimum amount, the delivery costs will be as per given options during last step of purchase.

For an original purchase amount of less than DKK 500, the delivery fee will not be refunded upon return.

If you cancel goods from an order and the value falls below DKK 500, you will still pay the delivery fee.

If the value of your order exceeds DKK 500.00, the price for home delivery is the difference between home delivery charge minus standard delivery charge.

The order value for the free delivery is only calculated for the hilstor products from hilstor warehouse. All the hilstor partner products will be charged with actual delivery charges.

With delivery to Parcel Shop, you can pick up your parcel when it suits you. When you enter your address in connection with an order, you will automatically see the nearest parcel shops. Please note that the Package shop here is only available during the store's opening hours.

When your package is ready to be picked up, you will receive your personal PIN codes for the parcel shop. You can see how far your package is on the link to track & trace that is in the shipping confirmation.

We recommend that you enter your telephone number in connection with your order, as you will then receive your pin codes via SMS. You can do this in step 2 once you have selected the parcel shop.

Home delivery is a door-to-door delivery service, which means that the package is delivered to your home.

If you want, you can also choose express delivery to your door.

You can choose home delivery for your order in the same way you usually choose delivery method:

  1. In the second step of the checkout: select "home delivery" as the delivery method
  2. Enter the necessary contact information (also enter your telephone number to receive a message before the order arrives on the day of delivery)
  3. As a confirmation of your order, Shipping company will send you an email or SMS with information about your delivery

If you are not home when your order arrives, Shipping company will leave your package at the front door if possible. You will then receive a delivery confirmation via SMS if you have chosen to enter the telephone number at the time of purchase.

If this is not possible, your order will be transported to your nearest postal agent and you will be notified of where and when you can pick it up.

Please note that the driver must have access to the building even if you are not at home.

We apologize, but we hope the items you ordered are complete and undamaged.

If the damage has only affected the shipping packaging itself, and you would like to return something from the order, then you can simply use a different wrapping. The only requirement is that the returned goods are packed properly.

Remember to use the enclosed return label. Please note that we are not liable for damaged shipping packaging.

Most of the cases, you can have several items sent together in one package. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance in the shipment confirmation email that you will receive when your order (s) are shipped.

We want to bring your ordered items to you as quickly and environmentally friendly as possible - nothing regarding the usual procedure changes for you. If you are in doubt when you receive your Hilstor package, we recommend that you check the contents of the package. If you are not sure which items belong to which order, then you can see it in your customer account.

It is not possible to packed the items in the same shipment for items from a Hilstor Partner.

Transport Limitations and Restrictions

Dangerous Goods

There are a few of our cosmetic products that contain flammable substances and are therefore subject to delivery restrictions. This applies to e.g. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as spray cans.


Although fashion is meant to be accessible to all, some of our cosmetic products are classified as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be delivered to all addresses due to transport restrictions.

Return Service

The easiest way to return a beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use HILSTOR's original packaging, as it already bears the LQ label. Just make sure to fill the box with paper or filler material so that the item stays put.

The purpose of the label is to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and that special transport requirements are set.
