Order and Payment

Press "Add to Cart". Then go to the checkout by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right corner and then tap "Continue to Checkout".

It is not possible to make address changes after the order is placed. However, you can cancel the order if possible and then place a new order with a different address.

You will be asked to authorize your payment via 3D Secure. The name of that process depends on the type of card you pay with, e.g. Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure or American Express SafeKey

You must register your payment card with 3D Secure if you have not already done so. Most banks offer their customers to do this online. See your bank's website for more information on this procedure.

If you have previously registered your card for 3D Secure or have previously used this service, you do not need to register again. However, your bank may have introduced a new process to improve your payment experience, and some banks have designed a smartphone app specifically for the purpose. You may have previously been asked to authorize an online payment with 3D Secure, but with the new regulations, it will be both safer and easier to authorize your payments with 3D Secure.

You can pay with VisaDankort, Visa and Mastercard at no extra cost.

Your card information is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection. It is a high security standard that makes payment by card on Hilstor.dk very secure. You can find more information about SSL security later in the article.

When you shop at Hilstor.dk, the system automatically saves your card information in encrypted form. It is safe and makes it easier for you the next time you shop on Hilstor.dk, as you do not have to enter the card information again.

Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code use special encryption keys that increase the security of card payments on the Internet.

The advantage for you is that you do not have to install additional software on your computer to be able to pay by card. All customers, whether they have already created a MasterCard Secure / Verified by VISA code or not, will be automatically forwarded to their card issuer.

You will be asked to approve the transaction with your personal code. Once the code has been approved by your card issuer, you will receive an order confirmation from Hilstor shortly after.

At Hilstor, it is also possible to pay via PayPal. PayPal is a secure way to pay where you only need to register your credit card in one place.

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be directed directly to their website. If you are already a PayPal customer, log in to your account and confirm the payment. Of course, you can also choose to register as a new customer and make the payment immediately.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment. This usually only takes a few minutes.

When you pay via PayPal, you always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases, processing errors may occur at PayPal over which we have no influence.

The PayPal account is automatically credited when you return an item. You then decide for yourself whether you want to transfer the amount to your bank account or whether they should remain in your PayPal account.

You can cancel your order if it is not packed or is still being processed. You can also cancel a single item, provided that no discount code has been used on the order.

Follow these steps to cancel:

  1. Log in to your user account and select "My orders"
  2. Select "Show order / cancellation". If it only says "Show order" it is not possible to cancel.
  3. Press " Cancel order " if you want to cancel the entire order. If you want to cancel individual items, press " Cancel product " if possible.
  4. Then press "Confirm"

Please note:

A cancellation cannot be undone. However, it is always possible to place a new order if the desired items are still in stock.

If you have chosen a credit card as a form of payment for your canceled order, please be aware that a reserved amount may still remain in your bank account. We do not reserve the amount in the consumer's account. Instead, it is the credit card provider who reserves them for us. How long an amount stands as reserved varies from bank to bank. Contact your bank if in doubt.

Click on your shopping cart in the upper right corner to see an overview of your items (color, size, quantity). You can easily change the number of an item or remove an item.

Below you see the expected delivery time, and to the right you see the total price of the items in your basket.

Click on " Continue to checkout " to continue with your order.

It may happen that items are sold out quickly. That is why it is important to strike immediately so that you have time to get the item. To keep our selection as up to date as possible, we renew the selection on an ongoing basis. That way, you always have the opportunity to find similar items.

It is unfortunately not possible to reserve items that are in your shopping cart.

If an item is sold out, you have the option of receiving an email if it comes back in stock. You sign up for the " Remind Me " service by going to the item. If it is sold out, a window will appear where you can enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an email if the item is in stock again.

For popular products, there may be many who have signed up for the "Remind Me" service. We recommend that you try to place an order as soon as possible, as this is the first-come, first-served basis, as it may be a single copy that has arrived in stock

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after you have placed your order, where you can also see your order number. You can also see the order number and status of your Hilstor account under "My Orders".

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email. It has a "Track & Trace" link, where you can follow your package.

All prices on Hilstor.dk are incl. VAT and other taxes. When you shop at Hilstor, the agreement is entered into in Danish. Prices are daily prices.

You can download your VAT invoices for your Hilstor orders via the link below. Your invoice is only available after your order has been sent.

The invoice is available for Hilstor orders after they are shipped.

It is safe to buy on Hilstor.dk. We send credit card information via a secure SSL connection so that all personal data you send to us is encrypted. They can thus not be seen by others. Return and Refund

All our returns must be made by logging-in to your Hilstor account, regardless of the delivery partner.

A return takes 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email with confirmation of return and refund confirmation when your return is completed.

You register your return when you are logged in to your Hilstor account. Then pack the item securely so that it cannot be damaged during transport.

Remember to get receipt from delivery partner for your return. If you are missing a return label, you can print a new one on your Hilstor account.

Hilstor Partner items must be returned as they were delivered. If they were delivered separately, they must be returned separately. If they come in the same package as your other items from Hilstor, they must be returned in the same package.

Return labels for Hilstor Partners' own warehouse will be sent in the package. Therefore, they look different from Hilstor's own. If you are missing a return label, you can print a new one on your Hilstor account.

You register your return when you are logged in to your Hilstor account. Then pack the item securely so that it cannot be damaged during transport.

We will refund your money as soon as we have received and verified your return. It takes an average of 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri), from the time your return is sent to it being registered in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming the registration and refund of the purchase amount. When paying by debit card, it only takes a few days before you receive your money.

Payment card: 2-5 working days after we have registered the return. Check your account statement back to the date of purchase for the refund. With MasterCard, the amount will be visible after the next balance statement.

PayPal : 2-5 business days from receipt of the return. With PayPal, you decide for yourself whether the money should remain in your PayPal account or whether it should be transferred to your bank account.

Gift card : As soon as your return has been registered. The amount paid with gift cards will be immediately transferred to your Hilstor account, and you can see it under My gift cards and receivables.

Hygiene product cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns of hygiene product, so you can be absolutely sure that you will get a hygiene product e.g. face masks that has never been used before.
