Hilstor Members Terms and Conditions

  • Membership is free and there is no purchase obligation to become a member.
  • By becoming a member of the Loyalty Program, you can earn points that qualify you for various levels where you can take part in offers, services, events and much more organized by HILSTOR or HILSTOR's partner companies. As a logged-in member, we give you a tailored experience of the HILSTOR brand, including personal offers and recommendations distributed via email, messages in the app or in your feed in social media when applicable. As a member, you can access your purchase history via your member account My Account which is available on Hilstor.com and in your app and when you add items to your shopping bag online at the same time as you are logged in, we save the items there between your logged in visits. Please note that the items stored in your shopping bag are not reserved for you but may be sold out. You will find more information about current offers under My Account at Hilstor.com
  • You can find information about how HILSTOR handles your personal data in the Hilstor privacy policy.

  • Membership is personal, can not be transferred to anyone else and is subject to these terms and conditions as well as all other rules, regulations, policies and procedures adopted by HILSTOR and approved by you by receiving or using offers, benefits, made purchases or other related services. We have a limit of one membership per person and registered email address.
  • The date you become a member will be the "Start Date" for each Member Year. The membership year is the twelve (12) months that follow the Start Date each year.
  • At the end of each Member Year, all points that qualify for an increase in the membership level are restored and the points balance starts again from zero at the beginning of each new Member Year.
  • The points you earn are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or member.
  • If you return the item, the points you earned when purchasing it will be deducted from My Account.
  • Points that qualify for bonus discounts are valid until the next Start Date.
  • Once you have earned 1000 points, a bonus discount of 20 DKK will be issued and will be available on My Account.
  • Bonus discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or used for purchases whose amount is less than the value of the bonus discount. Each bonus discount can only be redeemed once and applied to all items in the order. The discount is divided between the items so that the discount share per item remains the same for all items in the order. The respective reduction of the individual items in a purchase remains even if some items in the purchase are returned. In the event of a return, the discount benefit of the bonus discount is not distributed on the remaining items in the order.
  • The bonus discount is distributed 30 days after the date when your points balance reached the required level for the bonus distribution. You can only receive bonus discounts 5 times per calendar month and a maximum of 20 times per twelve-month period.
  • At present, Hilstor membership and loyalty program is only applicable for the residents of Denmark and Sweden.
  • For Denmark, the membership program is limited to online purchases at Hilstor.com in Denmark. You can earn points by shopping or by performing other scoring activities in Denmark, which HILSTOR Member informs about. Note that you do not earn points when buying gift cards.
  • Membership is limited to individuals in their capacity as private individuals and is not open to companies. To become a member, you must also have a current and valid e-mail address and be defined as an adult in accordance with applicable local law in the country or area where you reside. Alternatively, with the consent of your guardian, you can become a member when you have reached the age of 16. HILSTOR reserves the right to request written confirmation of this consent. Employees, managers and directors of, as well as agents and representatives of HILSTOR may become members, but may be exempted from certain promotions and offers.
  • By submitting your application, you certify that you have the age required to be defined as an adult in accordance with applicable local law in the country or area where you reside or that you have reached the age of 16 and have your guardian's consent and that you agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • You can become the gold member, if you earn 10000 points in the running month. A month is calculated of 30 days net. Hence, at any point of time if you earn 10000 points in 30 days, you will be automatically promoted as Hilstor gold member.
  • The gold membership is evaluated every 3 months. The 3 months are calculated as the month of gold membership received + additional 2 months. To continue as gold member, it is important that, the minimum balance of 10000 points remains at next renewal.
  • Other membership terms mentioned in point No. 2 Membership, are also applicable for all the gold members

  • You can become the platinum member, if you earn 20000 points in the running month. A month is calculated of 30 days net. Hence, at any point of time if you earn 20000 points in 30 days, you will be automatically promoted as Hilstor platinum member.
  • The platinum membership is evaluated every 3 months. The 3 months are calculated as the month of platinum membership received + additional 2 months. To continue as platinum member, it is important that, the minimum balance of 20000 points remains at next renewal.
  • Other membership terms mentioned in point No. 2 Membership, are also applicable for all the platinum members

  • You can terminate your membership at any time on the My Account page or by contacting customer service.
  • If you terminate your membership, you will lose any points you have left in My Account. Any credit applications will also be canceled.
  • HILSTOR may, in its sole discretion, terminate, change, limit, or modify the Loyalty Program, and / or the terms and conditions at any time in the event of changes in applicable law , changes in services provided by HILSTOR or the launch of new services. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate your membership.
  • HILSTOR reserves the right to make minor changes to the Loyalty Program and its terms and conditions without prior notice, provided that these changes do not materially affect membership in a negative manner.   • Evidence of abuse Loyalty program, evidence of or reasonable suspicion of fraud, failure to comply with the terms and conditions, inactive membership, incorrect submissions or behaviors that are detrimental to HILSTOR's interests may lead to the membership being withdrawn and affect the opportunities to participate in the Loyalty Program in the future. If your membership is withdrawn, any points collected in My Account will automatically expire.

  • HILSTOR is not responsible for any system errors in or impaired function of the Loyalty Program or for any consequences thereof. HILSTOR accepts no responsibility for losses or damages caused by exclusion, alteration or termination in any other way in connection with our Loyalty Program, with the exception of liability that cannot be excluded by law.
